We offer valuation of intangible assets, which in particular include know-how, licenses, rights, trademarks, patents, software, etc.
The valuation of intangible assets or intellectual property is often necessary in cases where this property is the subject of a non-monetary contribution, transfer (purchase or sale) or inheritance, bequest or insolvency proceedings.
When valuing intangible assets, we work in accordance with the International Valuation Standards and we choose the appropriate valuation method based on the specified benefit resulting from the ownership of intangible assets (e.g. trademarks). Depending on the situation, the choice is made among cost, income or comparative methods. In certain cases, and if the purpose of valuation requires it, we valuate intangible assets in accordance with Act No. 151/1997 Coll., on Valuation of Property.
